About the Project
We move the Across-GENerations dialogue from the sociological and political level at the practical level of work teams cooperation. Cooperation across genarations on the job is the driving force behind the labour market development. We will contribute to a positive perception of diversity across genarations and its use in work teams.

We will create a tailored development program for each of the generations, using innovative methods of communication and cooperation between generations in the workplace. The developed online platform will include best practice examples, as well as digital tools. The aim will be to achieve a higher sensitivity amongst people from different generations about the positive values and attitudes that other generations have when working together. The added value will be the effective exchange of experience and know-how between generations in work teams.
It will be ready in September 2024
